The goal of the e-Trade Bridge Programme
for SMEs in Hubei Province of China
is to foster internationally competitive, e-competent
businesses and to build national e-trade capacities in the institutions that
support SMEs. The Programme generates best-practice cases and tools and it has
programmes ranging from assessment to actually e-nabling SMEs.
A Method for Integrative
Planning of E-Business Strategy and Information System

Paying attention to the practice in
enterprise we explored the way of organization change when they adopt
e-business We study how the firm resources and capabilities are exploited to
execute strategies for improving efficiency and competitive advantage. Our focus
in the integration planning is the e-business processes. We have done a series
of exploratory researches in the following aspects: the identification of the
factors that influence strategy planning, the creation of direct and indirect
value, the method and the tools for the analysis of inter-organization
e-business process, critical success factors map for the three traditional
applications, and the evaluation system for the e-business strategy planning.

their own ideas, both individually and collaboratively.
