Submission Guideline for Manuscripts
- Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers that are not being considered in another conference. Please use the manuscript submission system for Research Track to submit your papers to WHICEB 2011:http://submission.whiceb.com.
- Papers should be Word or PDF documents written in English, have a maximum of six (6) pages and use the prescribed format. Authors will be asked to pay an extra 100(RMB) per each additional page.
- Authors of accepted papers, or at least one of them, are requested to register and present at the conference.
- Submitted manuscripts will be required to be formatted using the WHICEB proceeding template. Please follow the Author Guidelines to prepare your papers.
- Author Guidelines for Manuscripts:
- The standard font should be Times New Roman font 10 pt for the main text.
- Set the page to A4 with margins of 2.54cm all around. Do not use headers and footers, do not use end notes and do not put page numbers.
- Do not use multiple columns.
- The title of paper should be in 14pt bold, centered.
- The names of the authors (full first name and last name), address of institution(s) and email address for each author should be in 11pt, centered, not bold.
- A short abstract should follow of no more than 500 words in 9 pt and include at least three keywords.
- There should be no more than three levels of heading and the styles of headings should be as follows
HEADING 1 10 pt capitalized bold
Heading 2 and Heading 3 10 pt bold
- Bulleted or numbered list are allowed in the standard style.
- Figures and tables should be placed as close to their reference point in the text as possible.Each figure or table must have a title. Avoid color diagrams.
- References in the text should use the number citations in square brackets [1] and should then be listed at the end of the paper.
