Professor
Graham Pervan of Curtin University of Technology

in Perth,
Western Australia, has over 30 years experience in
education,
research, and practice in Information Systems
and Information
Technology (IS/IT). He has published on
various issues
related to IS/IT management and decision
support systems
in journals such as Journal of Information
Technology,
Decision Support Systems, Information and
Management,
Journal of Computer Information Systems, Journal of Group
Decision and Negotiation, and Journal of Research and Practice
in IT, and most major conferences. He is the Asia-Pacific
Regional Editor for the Journal of Information Technology, the
IT Management Editor for the Australian Journal of Management,
and President of the Australian Council of Professors and Heads
of Information Systems.
Dr.
Kwok Kee Wei is Head and Chair Professor in
the

Department of
Information Systems at the City University
of Hong Kong.
Before joining CityU, he was Professor
and founding
Head of the Department of Information
Systems at the
National University of Singapore. As Head
of two major IS
Departments in Asia in the past decade,
Dr. Wei has
developed a strong research culture and
initiated
major research efforts that resulted in both Departments being
placed among the top 15 IS departments worldwide (Communications
of the AIS, 2005, pp. 555-564). Dr. Wei is serving on the Series
Editorial Advisory Board of Idea Group Publishing/Information
Science Publishing and on the Editorial Boards of a good number
of international journals including the IEEE Transactions on
Engineering Management. He has served as Senior Editor of MIS
Quarterly and Associate Editor of Information Systems Research.
Dr. Wei has published more than 140 journal and conference
papers, and he is actively pursuing research on knowledge
management, electronic commerce and virtual communities. Dr.
Wei was the President of the Association of Information Systems
in 2004.

Dr.
Juergen Seitz is a professor for business
information

systems and
finance and chair of the department of business
information
systems with a concentration on e-commerce/
e-business,
m-business/telematics at University of Cooperative Education
Heidenheim, Germany. He holds a diploma in business
administration and business information systems from University
of Cooperative Education Stuttgart, Germany, and a diploma in
economics from University of Stuttgart-Hohenheim, Germany. He
received his Ph. D. from Viadrina European University Frankfurt
(Oder), Germany. Dr. Seitz is currently Associate Editor of the
International Journal of Cases on Electronic Commerce and member
of the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Electronic
Commerce in Organizations. He is also member of the Executive
Council of the Information Resources Management Association.At the
beginnning of his career Dr. Seitz worked as a consultant for
financial institutions and as an investment manager in a venture
capital company. He recently wrote a book titled "Digital
Watermarking for Digital Media". During the last years he has
also been a guest lecturer at Cleveland State University,
Cleveland, Ohio, United States of America, at University of
Newport, Wales, Great Britain and at Poznan University of
Economics, Poznan, Poland.
Dr.
Wayne Wei Huang, Professor at MIS Department.,

College of
Business, Ohio University, USA. He has worked
as a faculty in
universities in Australia, Singapore, China,
and Hong Kong
before, and received research awards in
universities of
Australia and USA. Wayne has had more
than 15 years
of full-time teaching experience in universities
as well as a
few years of IT industrial working experience
(as a system
analyst/programmer). His research combines both quantitative and
qualitative research methodologies. He published more than 10
books and/or book chapters on Information Systems
internationally. He has published more than 80 refereed research
papers in international journals and conference proceedings,
including some leading international MIS/IS journals such as
IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics; Journal of
Management Information Systems (JMIS); IEEE Transactions on
Professional Communication; Information & Management (I&M);
Decision Support Systems (DSS); Communications of AIS (CAIS);
and European Journal of Information Systems (EJIS). He has
presented his research papers in most leading and prestigious
international conferences on information systems, such as ICIS
(the top MIS/IS annual conference in the world, USA), HICSS
(USA), DSI (USA), AMCIS (USA), IFIP (Europe), PACIS (Asia), and
ECIS (Europe).Wayne¡¯s
research work and published papers have been cited by the top 5
international IS/MIS journals, including MIS Quarterly (MISQ),
Journal of MIS (JMIS), Information Systems Research (ISR), and
IEEE transactions.He is currently a Senior Editor of
International Journal of Data Base: Advanced in Information
Systems, an ACM publication, USA; and on the Editorial Boards of
Information & Management (I & M), International Journal of
Global Information Management (JGIM), Journal of Database
Management (JDM), USA (those journals are all listed in SCI or
SSCI)
